Description:
Feeding of fabric coming from the previous machine (Stenter, etc.), IC-21 type. Feeding of fabric coming from the carriage or roll, IC-20 type. 0 to 80 m/min. speed, by 2 HP. variable speed motor. Tip-up collecting gasket with fabric stop motion, by means of photoelectric cell, for working operations in line with the previous machine. Motorised fabric expanders working on the whole width of the fabric and driven by 0.75 HP. motor. Two driving cylinders, regulating the inlet and outlet speed of the checking table. Tip-up checking table, covered with Formica. Free cylinder for feeding fabric into the centring carriage. Photoelectric cells adjustable to different fabric widths, driving the centring unit and motorised by 0.75 HP. motor. Motorised fabric expander assembled on the centring carriage and driven by 0.75 HP. motor. Two motorised rolling cylinders, each one with independent overfeeding to make the rolls more or less hard. Metre-counter with contact wheels on the cylinder.
