Description:	The ICOMATEX dyeing machines are units designed for treating and dyeing fabrics. It features a very short bath ratio; which offers high economy of energy, water and auxiliary products, together with an extremely soft treatment of knitted or woven fabrics, in order to achieve great finishing quality and high dyeing uniformity, thanks to the following features:
	[ ICOSTAB ] · A very soft bath overflow preventing any rolling up of fabric, which can fix wrinkles. - Regulation of bath flow and reel speed so as not cause differences between the fabric speed and the bath circulation, thus achieving a higher softness of treatment. · There is only one aspiration of bath, consequently it is not necessary to perform any operation to move the fabric forwards or backwards. · High efficiency heat exchanger, wich achieves high speed heating or cooling operations. · Extremely easy operation, both when loading and unloading, since all the work is made at floor level. · The machine is constructed by means of system of elements, which can be adapted one by one until completing the needed capacity. All elements are driven by the same system of pump, exchanger, programmer, etc. in order to operate within the came dyes. It is also possible to adapt two or more units to each other, so as to operate together or separately. · Optionally the machine can be supplied with a total microprocessor an a dye kitchen, joined to the unit or to a central computer.
